Our crew arrives one to two hours before the party, anchors the unit and walks you through the rules.

Each rental page lists the flat area it needs, which already includes room for the blower and a walkway. We also need a path at least 4 ft wide from the street to the spot, so check your side gate.
Yes. We use sandbags on hard surfaces and turf, and stakes on grass. We don't set up on gravel, decks or steep slopes. Some city parks need a permit, so check with your city before booking.
Each blower needs its own standard outlet within 50 ft. Parks without power need a generator; call us and we'll sort it out.
Kids can't use inflatables in the rain or high wind. If the forecast looks bad, you can move your date for free up to the morning of the party.
Cancel more than 72 hours ahead and we refund your deposit in full. Inside 72 hours, we keep the deposit as credit for a future date.
You do. An adult needs to watch the unit the whole time it's in use. At setup we go over the rules with whoever will be supervising.
Yes. Our all-white castles for weddings, showers and photo shoots are coming soon, and you can request one for your date. For events past 7 pm, add a note to your booking and we'll quote a late pickup.
School fun fairs, company picnics and multi-day events get a custom quote. Send us the details and we'll reply the same day.
